These terms govern use of the NexZion POS website and general inquiries. Specific software projects, licenses and services are governed by the written proposal, invoice, agreement or scope accepted by the client.

Quotations and service scope
A demo request or inquiry does not create a contract. Deliverables, charges, payment terms, implementation responsibilities, support and timelines are confirmed separately in writing.
Software use
Software access and use may be subject to licensing, user, branch, hosting, subscription, security and acceptable-use restrictions defined in the applicable agreement.
FBR and government integrations
NexZion POS and NexZion Solutions provide software configuration and implementation assistance. Eligibility, taxpayer registration, credentials, declarations, approval and ongoing compliance remain the client’s responsibility and are subject to the relevant authority’s rules and systems.
Third-party services
Integrations may rely on government portals, hosting companies, messaging platforms, payment services, hardware or other third parties. Availability and performance of third-party services are outside our direct control.
Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate business, product, tax and registration information.
- Maintain authorized credentials and user access.
- Review configuration, invoices, reports and test results.
- Use the software lawfully and maintain appropriate operational controls.
- Follow agreed backup, security and support procedures.
Intellectual property
Website content, branding, designs and software-related materials remain the property of their respective owners. No rights are transferred except as stated in an applicable written agreement.
Limitation and changes
To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited according to the applicable written agreement. These website terms may be updated when services, legal requirements or business practices change.
